Where to find it
- Scripted encounter (Lv. 10): Pal Park — standing Pokémon.
After the Cianwood Gym story opens the Resort Zone, enter Pal Park’s Fixed Catch mode for $10,000 with room for six more Pokémon in the PC. This standing Pokémon appears on Thursday or Saturday. Bring your own Poké Balls.
- Scripted encounter (Lv. 25): Ruins of Alph Underground Hall.
Give the injured girl outside the Ruins of Alph a Potion, then touch the fourth statue from the left in the Underground Hall’s top row. One chance: catching it, knocking it out or fleeing removes it; only losing allows a retry.
Chance per encounter, under the conditions shown.

Pal Park: The wild table changes with the day of the week (by the DS clock). You get in through the Catching Show's Fixed Catch mode at the Pal Park reception ($10,000; bring your own Poké Balls). Sunday's table is the same as Cerulean Cave's, probably by mistake in the hack, so it also has Surf and fishing slots: the park has a pond and a stretch of sea.
See the quest guide: Resort Zone: the Pal Park's Fixed Catch mode (wild Pokémon by weekday); Ruins of Alph: the girl who saw her own face (→ Rock Incense).
