Item balls on the ground

• Violet City (17 steps north and 6 steps east of the door to Route 36, Violet City gatehouse)

Held-item transformation

• Arceus holding Sky Plate becomes Arceus (Flying type). Its Multitype Ability changes its type to match the Plate.
