Pickup

Effect

The Pokémon may pick up items after battle.

Pickup has a 10% activation chance per eligible check; item selection then depends on the Pokémon’s level. Pickup items and rates by level.

Changes in Origin HeartGold

Uses a revised item table and sends items straight into the Bag, even if the Pokémon already holds an item.
