Where to find it
- Scripted encounter (Lv. 25): Seven Island.
Speak to the snack-theft tourist on Seven Island, then inspect the blocked spot with a healthy Alomomola leading your party. Despite the Noctowl cry/dialogue, Noctowl does not work. One chance: catching it, knocking it out or fleeing removes it; only losing allows a retry.
Chance per encounter, under the conditions shown.
